    We assure Free Lifetime Maintenance for all our ornaments. However any defects on account of wrongful usage / mishandling of the ornaments shall be repaired subject to payment towards material / repair.

    Zero deduction on Net Weight* upon exchange. 2% deduction on Net Weight* upon Buy Back. Rate per gram will be as per the prevailing buy back / exchange rates in the showroom of purchase.

    PRODUCT INFORMATION

    The Gold rate is billed ONLY on the Net Weight*. The weight of Other Materials like Wax / Lac / Arakku, Black Wax Powder, Aanavaal, Thread, Spring, Glass Enamel, Plastic, Silver Foil, Wood etc, if any, are reduced from Gross Weight to calculate Net Weight*. Stone Weight* is shown separately. We assure buyback / exchange for Net Weight*/ Stone Weight* specified in the Invoice.
